The inactives are coming out, with some expected ones. And late word that Todd Gurley (knee) is officially INACTIVE.

  • Lamar Miller won't play for Houston today, which we knew yesterday. But DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) will be available; he's active.

  • T.Y. Hilton is active for the Colts; that was also expected.

  • T.J. Yeldon is inactive for the Jaguars, which is a mild surprise. Leonard Fournette will be the main back, with David Williams the No. 2.

  • LeSean McCoy is active for the Bills, but Chris Ivory isn't. The backup for Buffalo will be Keith Ford. That's not certain. They're going to take a look in pregame warmups before making a decision. But it doesn't sound like they're definitely going to hold him out, as might have been anticipated. I think if you have a really good option in a 1 p.m. game (I think Jamaal Williams is a good option) and only bad other options in later games, maybe you sit Gurley. But if your alternatives are poor and you have the ability of switching to another one if he winds up inactive, you can plan to play him and hope for the best.

  • DeSean Jackson is active for Tampa Bay. A negative for the team's other pass catchers in a tough matchup.

  • Quincy Enunwa (ankle) is inactive for the Jets. A good sign for the target level of Robby Anderson, who we liked anyway.

  • Randall Cobb (concussion) is inactive, as expected. Won't be around to suck targets away from other receivers.

  • Kenny Golladay (chest) is active, should be good to go.
