The Seahawks were in the AFC Championship against the Raiders in '83 (I'm referring to season, not calendar year), and, having been to 3 Super Bowls since moving to the NFC, have been to few there. As for the Colts, the question specifically says "NFC and AFC." Those units only became functional in the 1970 season, the year the Colts (and Browns and Steelers) joined the AFC from the NFL.

I don't think the Colts were ever in the NFC. They were an NFL team, but I think they were put in the AFC at the time of the merger, along with the Steelers and Browns.
