Breshad Perriman was a colossal disappointment in Baltimore, a first-round pick who washed out with just 43 receptions in 27 games across three seasons. But he made some noise late last year with Cleveland, and now looks like an intriguing potential sleeper in Tampa Bay.
Perriman is getting his timing down early with Jameis Winston, according to this story. The Bucs have Mike Evans and everyone's favorite breakout Chris Godwin, but nothing behind them.
Perriman finished strong in Cleveland last year, catching 8 passes for 233 yards and 2 TDs in the final four games. For the season he averaged 21.3 yards per catch. It's a small sample set, obviously, but that average was better than anyone else.

Cleveland wanted to bring Perriman back this offseason, signing him to a one-year, $4 million deal. Then they acquired Odell Beckham, and let Perriman out of his deal to sign the same one with Tampa Bay.
Maybe not enough there to say for sure that Perriman is worth a late-round gamble in fantasy leagues. Then again, there are worse fliers. Decent chance he's the No. 3 in this Bruce Arians/Jameis Winston offense.
