What quarterback last year carried the ball on a league-high 19 kneel-down plays?

Lamar Jackson. (A reasonable guess, with the Ravens having finished with a 14-2 record). He lost 20 yards on those plays, and they are included in his overall rushing stats. So while Jackson ran for 1,206 yards last year, averaging 6.9 yards per attempt, he actually ran for 1,226 yards, averaging 7.8, when you set aside the plays where he was intentionally taking losses.
