who is the only back ever to play 3 or more college seasons, with at least 2000 scrimmage yards in every season?

And only Dorsett is in NFL HOF.

Brack Varnon,The reason I might know this is because he played in the 2020 Rose Bowl and lost to the Ducks.I think Jonathan Taylor had over 2000 all purpose yards 2017,2018 2019, for Wisc.

Taylor short of going over 2,000 rushing yards in all three seasons. They should have given him a couple more carries.

2017 he had 1,977 rushing 95 yards receiving. 2018,2019 he rushed for over 2000 yards not including receiving yards. Are you saying Taylor is the wrong answer to Brack Varnon's question? If so ,I don,t know the answer.

Taylor is the answer. But it would be a cooler accomplishment had he gotten those missing 23 rushing yards in 2017, making it 2,000 rushing yards three years in a row (rather than the less-cool 2,000 scrimmage yards).

The problem was it was his first year. They had no idea he would exceed 2000 yards rushing next two years. If it would have been 2019,he would have got it for sure.

Taylor started for Wisconsin as a true freshman in 2017 and the Badgers went 13-1. As much as they used Taylor for his 3 seasons there, it's amazing he never got a serious injury. They did, however, tend to run him more between the tackles and didn't try throwing much to him out in the flat until this past year, with limited success. He's going to be a good pro.

Who is “Jarius” Jackson? There was a Jarious Jackson who was a QB at Notre Dame and Darius Jackson who was a RB at Eastern Michigan and neither came close to putting up the lofty numbers referred to in the question.

Google “Jarius” Jackson football and see what you get Ben. The two guys I referenced and a couple of other small college players with the same name come up. I guess nobody informed Google of Jarius’s exploits.

Apologies. Justin Jackson (current running back for the Chargers). He ran for a bunch of yards at Northwestern.

Thank you Ian. I know I’ve been in the house too long but I’m glad to see I haven’t gone stir crazy yet.
