Would you count the Chargers dating back to the AFL days? If so, you have Antonio Gates (2005, 2009), Kellen Winslow Sr (1980, 1981, 1983) and Dave Kocourek (1055 Yards in 1961).

The NFL recognizes AFL stats, so Chargers would be a valid answer.
I'll admit I had not heard of Dave Kocourek. I will brush up the question (though rather than adding the Chargers as an answer, I'll tweak the question to tighten it to "in the Super Bowl era")
