What’s the only school that’s had two different players selected No. 1 overall in the draft by the same team? That is, a team picked a player with the first pick of the draft; years later, it took another player from that same university with the top pick. The players also play the same position.
Answer
Stanford. The Colts selected John Elway with the No. 1 pick in 1983. In 2012, they went back to Stanford for Andrew Luck.
