Question
In the Super Bowl era, who are the only two quarterbacks who have been named to at least three Pro Bowls for two different teams? Hint: Tom Brady is not one of the two. He’s played with the Bucs for three years, but he’s been named to only one Pro Bowl while with that team.
Answer
Fran Tarkenton and Peyton Manning. Tarkenton was a Pro Bowler with the Vikings in 1964-65, with the Giants in 1967-69 and with the Vikings in 1974-76). Those teams, of course, will meet on Sunday. Manning was an 11-time Pro Bowler with the Colts and named to 3 after signing with the Broncos.
