Week 5 is just hours away, but the latest issue of Index Bets, published each Thursday, is available right now. You can subscribe to the next month (or the whole season) at the Fantasy Index Store right now.

Each week, I sift through the player values, prop bets and over-under projections at FanDuel and DraftKings and compare them with the projections in Fantasy Index Weekly. In Index Bets, I select about two dozen of my favorite -- and least favorite -- bets of the week. Overs, unders, over-unders; whatever looks like the best spot to sink some money into and, ideally, turn it into more money.

I also identify some good (and bad) values for FanDuel and DraftKings lineup type games; players with low prices who should perform like top options, or high prices who won't be worth it. Last week's hits included Joshua Palmer, Russell Wilson and avoiding the Browns (which looked even better after Deshaun Watson was a late scratch). Misses included the Bengals being the first passing game not to light up the Titans. But more wins than losses; I'll take it.

Arizona’s third-round wideout Michael Wilson is legit. The last three weeks he’s averaged 73 receiving yards, with 2 touchdowns. I’m not sure why his over-under at DraftKings Sportsbook is about half that (37.5), but I’ll take the over to the bank – he’s a clear No. 2 in this passing game. ... Breece Hall has been one of the better Jets, and Robert Saleh says the team is going to stop limiting him going forward....

This report is just a small snippet of the Week 5 edition of Index Bets. The newsletter includes about two dozen similar recommendations for this weekend; monthly or full-season pricing works out to just $5 week. If you're in a state that allows it, happy betting!
