Dak Prescott sure looks good this week. He’s on fire right now, and he’s playing at home, where he tends to play his best. I think I’d start him over any quarterback this week.
Jalen Hurts, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes, of course, are all great quarterbacks. But I think the numbers Prescott will put up on Sunday will be better than any of them.
The Cowboys have it dialed in right now, with their offense scoring 26 touchdowns in its last six games. Prescott has put up at least 3 TDs in all but one of those games (he threw for only 204 yards, with just 2 TDs, at Carolina).
On Sunday, he’ll be facing an Eagles defense that’s been giving up a lot of passing production. Philadelphia ranks next-to-last against the pass, and Brock Purdy really sliced them up last week.
And the game, of course, will be played in Arlington. Since Prescott returned from an injury over a year ago, he’s 12-0 in that building. He’s averaged 281 passing yards in those games, with 30 touchdowns versus 9 interceptions.
Will be a surprise if Prescott doesn’t put up at least 3 TDs on Sunday.
