The Baltimore Ravens and wide receiver Deonte Harty agreed to a one-year deal. The exact terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

Harty played for the Buffalo Bills last season. However, he won’t finish the two-year deal he signed because the AFC East squad released him earlier in the offseason. The former Assumption University standout finished his lone regular season in Buffalo with 15 catches for 150 yards and a touchdown. He added two catches for 37 yards in two playoff games.

Deonte Harty started his NFL career after signing as an undrafted free agent with the New Orleans Saints in 2019. While he only had six catches for 24 yards during his rookie season, he became a First Team All-Pro punt returner after tallying 60 returns for 982 yards and a touchdown.

He stayed with the Saints for three more seasons but missed seven regular-season games in 2020 after being placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list. A year later, he served a three-game suspension for driving under the influence.

As of the 2023 season, Harty has 79 receptions for 943 yards and five touchdowns. He also has 179 returns for 2,989 yards and two touchdowns.

Harty will join the Ravens receiving corps featuring Rashod Bateman, Nelson Agholor, and Zay Flowers. The Ravens also added running back Derrick Henry this offseason.
