ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter shared that the Las Vegas Raiders reworked defensive end Maxx Crosby’s contract, giving him an additional $6 million for the 2024 NFL season. However, they did not add years to his contract, which will expire after the 2026 season.
Crosby signed a four-year, $98.98 million contract extension during the 2022 offseason, coinciding with the second anniversary of his sobriety. The additional cash for 2024 brings his base salary to $19,010,000. The two-time All-Pro will receive $21,038,000 in 2025 and 2026. He could also earn $100,000 in workout bonuses from 2024 to 2026.
Last year, Crosby earned a Second Team All-Pro selection and a third Pro Bowl nod after finishing with 14.5 sacks, 90 tackles, two passes defended, and two forced fumbles. It's his second consecutive season with double-digit sacks, giving him 27 in 2022 and 2023.

In 83 games, Crosby has 321 combined tackles, 52 sacks, 18 pass deflections, and nine forced fumbles. Crosby will lead the Raiders' defensive line, featuring Christian Wilkins, John Jenkins, and Malcolm Koonce.
