Steven Kwan is more known for his exceptional fielding skills than his batting prowess. He won a Gold Glove Award in 2022 and 2023 after posting fielding percentages of .986 and .989. As for his batting, he had a respectable .268/.340/.370 in 638 at-bats last season.
He remains an excellent fielder this year, with a .987 percentage in 43 games. However, he's adding another dimension to his game by averaging .392/.450/.536 with four home runs and 18 RBIs. Kwan is also riding a 13-game hitting streak dating back to May 31 and a 24-game on-base streak.

Kwan has been on fire since returning from a hamstring injury that sidelined him starting May 4. In his first game back, he had three hits and an RBI in four at-bats. Fast forward to June 19, and he's had 26 hits in 51 at-bats.
More importantly, his two hits and two RBIs helped the Cleveland Guardians secure an 8-0 shutout win over the Seattle Mariners. The victory improved the record to 45-26 and extended their lead in the American League Central by 5.5 games.
Kwan had eight games with at least two hits throughout his active hitting streak. That count includes his June 16 performance against the Toronto Blue Jays, wherein he had four hits in five at-bats. Kwan also completed three games with three hits and four with a couple of hits.
In addition to Kwan's brilliance from the batter's box, Tanner Bibee had a monumental role in their latest win against the Mariners. He gave up three hits and tallied a career-high 12 strikeouts in six innings to register his fifth win this season.
