Josh Allen Playing Like an MVP Early In The 2024 NFL Season

Football analysts raised concerns about the Buffalo Bills offense after Stefon Diggs and Gabriel Davis joined new teams during the 2024 offseason. However, All-Pro quarterback Josh Allen is putting those worries to rest after Buffalo’s sensational start to the season.

Allen’s excellence in the early part of the 2024 season is best exemplified during his Week 3 Monday Night Football performance against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He threw four touchdown passes, all in the first half, and finished with 263 passing yards. Allen missed only seven throwing attempts and did not have an interception.

His throwing scores played a massive part in the Bills’ 47-10 demolition of the Jaguars. More importantly, the Bills lead the AFC East with a 3-0 record. The team looks excellent to start their campaign, and Allen is having a perfect start to the season.

The former Wyoming standout hasn’t thrown an interception in three games. Conversely, he has completed 75 percent of his passes for 634 yards and seven touchdowns. While he has toned down his running, Allen still has 85 rushing yards and two touchdowns through Week 3.

While Allen and the Bills passed the initial phase with flying colors, their schedule gets more challenging from Weeks 4 to 6, when they embark on a three-game road trip. Waiting for them are the Baltimore Ravens, the Houston Texans, and their division rivals, the New York Jets.
