Question
Aaron Rodgers plays tonight for the Jets. He’ll be their third Hall of Fame quarterback someday (joining Joe Namath and Brett Favre). As things stand, what are the only three franchises who have had three different Hall of Fame quarterbacks in the Super Bowl era?
Answer
Kansas City, Minnesota, Tennessee. For Kansas City: Len Dawson, Joe Montana, Warren Moon. For the Vikings: Fran Tarkenton, Warren Moon, Brett Favre. For the Titans, George Blanda, Warren Moon and Ken Stabler all started for the franchise when it was operating as the Houston Oilers. (Moon part of all three of those trios.)
