While victories are difficult to come by with the New York Giants, they found a bright spot in rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers. Through ten games, he has 740 receiving yards and three touchdowns. In addition to those numbers, he established an NFL record in his young career.
The wideout from LSU registered 75 receptions, the most by any player in his first ten games. He had a season-high 12 catches in their Week 4 game against the Dallas Cowboys, leading to 115 yards and a 9.6 yards per catch average.
Two weeks earlier, the sixth overall pick in the 2024 draft had ten catches for 127 yards and a touchdown against the Washington Commanders. Coincidentally, those were the only two games this season wherein Nabers reached 100 receiving yards.

Sadly, the Giants lost both games by eight points. New York’s NFC team hasn’t won against its division rivals and has one chance to avoid going 0-6 against the NFC East teams.
Likewise, the Giants are already out of playoff contention after their second loss to the Cowboys. While it’s not the result Nabers wanted, he can help build momentum for his squad for next season by finishing 2024 positively. He needs only 260 yards in their last five games to reach 1,000. Nabers can add to his tally starting in Week 14 against the New Orleans Saints.
