As ESPN insider Adam Schefter shared, the National Football League has announced the updated schedule for Week 17 of the 2024 regular season. The Atlanta Falcons will continue their quest for the NFC South division title as they visit the Washington Commanders for Sunday Night Football.
As the Falcons compete with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for their division, the Commanders are looking to clinch a playoff berth with a victory. At 9-5, though, it would take a massive collapse from the Philadelphia Eagles to let Washington win the NFC East.
Speaking of the Eagles, they will face their bitter rivals, the Dallas Cowboys, at 4:25 p.m. Philadelphia looks to win the division and potentially lock the NFC’s top seed with a victory over the struggling Cowboys.
Six teams will play on Saturday, Dec. 28. The Los Angeles Chargers will face the New England Patriots at 1 p.m., the Denver Broncos will visit the Cincinnati Bengals at 4:30 p.m., and the Los Angeles Rams will host their NFC West rivals, the Arizona Cardinals, in the nightcap at 8 p.m.
Finally, the NFL has two Christmas Day games streamed live on Netflix. The Kansas City Chiefs will visit the Pittsburgh Steelers to solidify their claim as the AFC’s top seed. The Baltimore Ravens and the Houston Texans will play in the other game at NRG Stadium.
