The Most Valuable Player award race is heating up as the 2024 regular season approaches its home stretch. While there are some worthy candidates, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is leading the pack.
As tweeted by Fox Sports NFL, Allen leads the betting odds at -900. He has been on a tear in his last three games, throwing seven touchdowns and zero interceptions. The All-Pro quarterback added six rushing yards while completing impressive individual feats in that stretch.
Allen became the first NFL player to have a passing, a receiving, and a rushing touchdown in a game. He also became the first player to have three passing and three rushing touchdowns in a game. Through Week 15, Allen has 275 completions for 3,395 yards, 25 touchdowns, and only five interceptions. He also has 11 rushing touchdowns out of 484 yards.
Next to Allen is Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson, with +550 betting odds. He has 275 completions for 3,580 passing yards, 34 touchdowns, and three interceptions. The reigning NFL MVP has 743 rushing yards and three touchdowns.
Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley completes the top three at +1300. He has a league-leading 1,688 rushing yards with 11 touchdowns. With three regular-season games left, Barkley is on track to reach 2,000 rushing yards.
