Dallas' Giant Killer

Prescott has won 13 in a row against New York

The main worry for Dak Prescott this week could be overconfidence. He’s owned the Giants for so long, I couldn’t blame him if he showed up a little flat.

He’s won the last 13 against this opponent. That’s four short of the all-time record for a quarterback against a team (Bob Griese won 17 straight against Buffalo in the ‘70s).

Prescott as a rookie lost both of his starts against New York. Since then, it’s been all Cowboys. He made the completions when needed in his win over them last year, completing 22 of 27 at MetLife, with a couple of touchdowns.

In these 13 games, Prescott has averaged 271 passing yards while completing 68 percent of his passes, with 28 touchdowns versus only 6 interceptions. Remarkably, he’s been sacked only 12 times in those 13 games.

I thought Dak looked like Dak in Dallas’ opener. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him on Sunday.
