Peterson all day, every day in Super League

I went with somebody else rather than Adrian Peterson in this contest last week. He was going on about some groin injury and facing the Packers on the road. Silly me even picked up Toby Gerhart. So naturally Peterson goes for 146 yards and a touchdown in a game the Vikings somehow managed to not win.

This week, maybe there will be some Super League lineups that don't have Adrian Peterson, at home against the league's worst run defense, in them. But they definitely won't be mine.

Average week for me last week. Somehow Andre Johnson wasn't huge; I don't understand that one. Frank Gore should have been better, too. Whatever. Moving on.

In this competition you pick your best lineup of 2 QBs, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 2 TEs, and 2 PKs. You can enter at this link. You're competing against Fantasy Index staffers and your fellow readers, and you can win prizes, both weekly and overall.) Here's the Week 13 lineup.

Quarterbacks: Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. I may switch to Tony Romo, or more likely load up on his receivers.

Running Backs: Adrian Peterson and Toby Gerhart. No, just kidding. Peterson obviously, and I'll take Marshawn Lynch against New Orleans in that other spot.

Wide Receivers: Calvin Johnson, Dez Bryant, Brandon Marshall. Nothing special here. These guys should all be great.

Tight Ends: Jimmy Graham and Rob Gronkowski. Jason Witten should also be good.

Kickers: Robbie Gould and Stephen Gostkowski.

Happy Thanksgiving, and good luck to the rest of you.
