New England runners
Patriots put up big numbers every year
Andy Richardson posted the link today showing that at least one New England beat writer thinks rookie James White will play a big role in the Patriots’ backfield. Brandon Bolden, said writer speculates, won’t even make the team.
The stakes are high in this backfield. New England has Tom Brady, but it also runs the ball often and effectively. Every year.
In each of the last five years, in fact, New England has had a top-10 running game. That’s using the fantasy scoring system of 6 points for touchdowns and 1 for every 10 yards rushing.
