The Tennessee Titans' passing game hasn't generated a lot of fantasy interest, probably because it's tough to have much confidence in Jake Locker. Oddly, the Titans cut ties with Ryan Fitzpatrick in the offseason, even though he had some nice games for them down the stretch. Guess they're gonna sink or swim with Locker.
Can Justin Hunter, who had a pair of 100-yard games in the last six weeks a year ago, emerge this season? He'll need Locker to step up, and it sounds like he'll need to consistently impress the coaching staff. A couple of days ago, you may have heard, his name was replaced on his jersey by "JAG" (for just another guy). Now, though, his name is back, and "not a practice goes by without some highlight reel catches" from Hunter.
The linked article notes that Kendall Wright, the nominal No. 1, is also making plays, including an end-zone grab. Somewhat notable since Wright managed to catch 94 passes last year while only scoring twice.
Also an item about running back Bishop Sankey bowling over a defender at the goal line, though he was stopped on another chance. Sankey getting some of those chances, instead of Shonn Greene, will be important for his value this season. Greene was out there as well, getting a mention for fumbling.
Ultimately, your interest in these players might depend on how much faith you have in Locker. He was playing pretty well last year prior to getting hurt, but he's also kind of on his final chance in Tennessee. If he doesn't play well, and consistently, all of these offensive players might seem like JAGs.
