Enter the Fantasy Index Super League today! It's free, easy and fun

The Super League is back. It's a free, simple game that we offer as a thank-you for our subscribers.

We're kicking off another season of our free Super League competition, a free game offered to Fantasy Index subscribers. In it you get to win real prizes, both weekly (usually a gift card of some sort) and for the entire season (including a chance to participate in one of our experts leagues in next year's magazine).

You also get to compete against Fantasy Index staffers, including Ian Allan. Each Wednesday I'll post my own weekly lineup all year, as well as explaining my rationale for my choices.

The rules are simple. Pick 2 QBs, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 2 TEs, and 2 PKs each week. Highest point total from that starting lineup wins the week.

You can sign up to play at http://football.myfantasyleague.com/2014/FantasyIndex.

Let's get to it.

Quarterbacks: Peyton Manning and Drew Brees. Nothing too fancy this week. Manning is an easy choice against his former team. Brees is on the road and we think the over-under is too high, but I think the Falcons are godawful on defense and Brees will shred them.

Running Backs: Adrian Peterson and Arian Foster. Peterson routinely opens seasons with a boom. Foster is home against Washington and I want to use him before he gets injured. If I were going to leave one of these guys out of the lineup, I'd be trying Montee Ball or Matt Forte.

Wide Receivers: Demaryius Thomas might start for me every week. Dez Bryant will be there often, too. And I think a couple of different Johnsons make sense; Calvin versus the Giants, Andre versus Washington. But I'll go with Brandon Marshall against Buffalo, instead.

Tight Ends: When's Jimmy Graham's bye? Week 6? That's the week I won't be using him. My other choice this week is Julius Thomas.

Kickers: Steven Hauschka, definitely, at home against Green Bay. And then I'm going to go with Nick Folk, at home against Oakland.

Good luck to all of you.
