DraftKings Week 4: Banking on DeAngelo

It's Week 4 of the DraftKings' salary cap game, and I think this is my week. I've done OK so far, a so-so week, an up week, a down week. This time I plan to clean up, and the key to my fortunes -- and rarely have such words ever been spoken, believed, or rewarded -- is DeAngelo Williams.

In this game you pick your best starting lineup within the confines of a salary cap. The competition gives participants a chance to win money from a $100,000 prize pool, including $10,000 for first place. No, seriously! Other details:

BTW - no Kickers! Whoo hoo! Here's my team.

Quarterback: Philip Rivers. This one might be too easy; Rivers might be a little bit overrated in this matchup, as San Diego will also be able to run the ball on Jacksonville. But he also looks like the week's best option, short of Drew Brees, who I can't adequately fit under my cap.

Running back: LeVeon Bell and DeAngelo Williams. Bell is a great young running back at home against a soft Bucs defense. Williams, well, I actually dislike Williams, who's burned me many times in the past. But Carolina doesn't have any other running backs, so he should play close to full-time. And he's ridiculously cheap; I can get him and still have the rest of the lineup I want. If it pans out, I'm going to be laughing all the way to the bank.

Wide receivers/flex: Steve Smith, Anquan Boldin, Jordan Matthews, Markus Wheaton. Gotta get Smith against his former team. No question he won't even sleep before this game, he's so excited. Boldin and Matthews are going head to head in a 49ers-Eagles game that I think will have a lot of passing and a lot of offense in general. Wheaton is due for a big game and he's facing a very soft Bucs secondary.

Tight end: Jimmy Graham. He's way more expensive than every other tight end, and totally worth it against Dallas this week.

Defense: Detroit Lions. Facing Geno Smith. Questions?

Check out the competition at the above link, and good luck.
