Defensive and Special Teams Touchdowns

The Eagles led the league with 11 defensive and special teams touchdowns last season. That ties with Kansas City for most of any team in the last five years. Kansas City turned the trick a year ago with 11 of its own. Only two other teams have reached double-digits in the last five seasons, and they're also they two best over the five-year span.

Chicago managed 10 defensive and special teams touchdowns in 2012, while Arizona did it in 2010. Chicago totals 32 such scores over the last five years, four more than any other team. Arizona and New England, each with 28, tie for 2nd.

Nice year for Philadelphia, but it's got a long way to go before it achieves the consistency shown in recent years by the Bears, Cardinals and Patriots.

Worst in that span? Not surprising to see the Saints down there, since we've mentioned that they've gone two straight seasons without such a touchdown. But the Giants and Dolphins being down there at the bottom of the league; that's kind of weird.
