Albert Wilson and Chris Conley were Kansas City's No. 2 and 3 wide receivers in 2015. They've been working on their games, training with Jeremy Maclin, hoping to take a big leap in 2016. It's a good move for their careers, but it's unlikely to translate into 2016 fantasy value.
The story can be seen at this link. While it would be nice to think the team can have multiple productive wideouts, that hasn't happened in the Andy Reid era. He's been the head coach for three years, and the team has had a total of three wide receivers reach even 600 yards -- one per season.
The No. 2 wide receivers for those teams put up 596 (Donnie Avery), 451 and 260 yards (Wilson the last two years). Not production worth pursuing in fantasy leagues.
Fewer than half (7) of the top 15 receivers on the team in those three seasons have even been wideouts. The other 8 players included 5 tight ends and 3 running backs. No reason to think 2016 will be any different.
Every Kansas City receiver with at least 200 yards in the Andy Reid era is shown below.
