Kenny Britt is having quite a year for the Los Angeles Rams. He's currently 9th in the league in receiving yards; who saw that coming? It's an impressive start for the eighth-year wideout. Not the player anyone would have guessed would have the most staying power from a stellar draft class.
Back in 2009, Britt was one of six wide receivers selected in the first round. All but one of those players worked out well, at least for awhile. Even the disappointment, Darrius Heyward-Bey, has gone on to have at least some success; the guy scored a touchdown for Pittsburgh last week.
Those first-rounders aren't the only success stories from that 2009 draft class; a couple of late-rounders turned out pretty well, too. In all, five players from that draft nearly a decade ago are No. 1 or 2 receivers today.
