We've outlined Ben Roethlisberger's road struggles previously. That accounts for his relatively modest spot in this week's rankings. He's also working without the game's best wideout. But on his behalf, the Texans secondary has been a pretty appealing matchup over the last half season.
In the last eight games, five quarterbacks have thrown for over 300 yards against Houston; a sixth over 250. Five of those quarterbacks have also thrown multiple touchdowns. Four threw at least 3 TDs. Exceptions: Flacco and Mariota, guys who haven't been nearly at Roethlisberger's level this season.
Roethlisberger doesn't tend to pack his best game with him when he travels, but at least it's a lesser pass defense he'll face. Definitely a spot where he could throw multiple touchdowns (something he's done in only three of seven road games this year).
