Cleveland's seemingly inexhaustible patience has finally run out on WR JOSH GORDON, who will reportedly be cut or traded by Monday. The whole story is still coming together, but Gordon apparently reported to the team facility on Saturday with a hamstring injury sustained during a promotional shoot, despite having made it through the week's practices uninjured. The Browns then informed him that he would be gone by Monday. Other teams are said to have reached out to express interest; per Adam Schefter, Cleveland is therefore far more likely to trade Gordon than to release him -- preferably (from the team's perspective) to a destination outside the AFC. The somewhat murky circumstances, to say nothing of Gordon's history of addiction, obviously complicate matters. There will presumably be more to report soon.
