I’ve seen some feel-good stories about the Cardinals. Folks seem to like Kyler Murray, and Kliff Kingsbury is trying to do some innovative, aggressive things on offense.
But this isn’t a unit with a lot of talent. They’ve definitely got a lesser offensive line, and that will be hard to overcome.
Arizona last year ranked last in scoring, last in rushing and last in passing.
Since the merger in 1970, only two other teams have ranked last in all three of those categories: the 1970 Patriots (known as the Boston Patriots at the time), and the 1977 Buccaneers (not the 0-14 model, but the next season).
Only eight other teams have ranked in the bottom 3 in scoring, rushing and passing.
