If you place a high value in getting off to a good start, keep in mind players from the Bears and 49ers. The numbers suggest they’ll play the easiest schedules early.

I posted this item earlier and didn’t put it together properly. Apologies. The correct numbers appear below.

They suggest that the Bears and 49ers will play the easiest schedules through their first five games – both wins and points allowed. That’s using average wins and points allowed by opponents in the 2019 season.

Other teams with easy schedules early: Arizona, Carolina.

Teams with the hardest schedules early: Miami, Las Vegas, Houston (as Yaesha Newman pointed out) and Minnesota.
