Vikings cut veteran TE Rudolph

In a move that was not entirely unexpected, the Minnesota Vikings released veteran tight end KYLE RUDOLPH on Tuesday. Rudolph was the Vikings’ longest tenured player after playing the past 10 seasons in Minnesota. Rudolph had expressed his desire for a change after spending much of 2020 in a blocking role. The Vikings granted Rudolph’s wish, while also saving about $5 million in salary cap space.
