Question

What are the only teams that have ever met five years in a row in playoff games?

Answer

Raiders and Steelers (who will play today in a non-playoff environment) in the ‘70s. In December 1972, Pittsburgh beat Oakland 13-7 in the Immaculate Reception game. The following year, the Raiders won 33-14 in Oakland. Both of those teams lost to Miami in AFC Championship games. In each of the 1974-76 seasons, the Steelers and Raiders met in the AFC title game, with the winner advancing to capture the Super Bowl.
