Every Saturday morning, I'll take a quick look at all the week's games, offering my own brief take on what I think will happen, as well as touching on significant injury news since our Weekly came out. I'll check in every so often over the course of the day to answer lineup questions, too.

What follows is a brief look at all the games with how I'd react in my own lineups to injury developments or other news. The official rankings are the ones in the Weekly. Those take precedence. But sometimes players are very close, and in those cases I'm glad to offer opinions on how I'd approach those situations. Sometimes I like certain players more or less than Ian, and sometimes I have different risk tolerance with injuries etc. If I don't get to your question, either I missed it (it happens) or the rankings are very clear.

Dolphins versus Jaguars across the pond: I've been seeing a lot more about the Jaguars horrible defense than I am the fact that Tua Tagovailoa hasn't really done anything of note as an NFL passer. And he won't have DeVante Parker. (I'd mention not having Will Fuller except he hasn't actually played in a game with Fuller yet.) If the Jaguars are to win a game this season there are worse possibilities than this one. James Robinson looks good, I suppose much of the Jaguars offense has some potential. For the Dolphins, Jaylen Waddle and Mike Gesicki look promising; should be busy anyway. Game starts at 9:30 a.m. Eastern, make sure you adjust your lineups with these players early.

Kansas City at Football Team: So anything going on with Washington this week. On the field, they get to matchup with a really struggling defense. Gibson, McKissic, Seals-Jones, even Taylor Heinicke. I hesitate to mention Terry McLaurin only because he has a hamstring injury and didn't practice on Friday. They say they're being cautious and I'll take them at their word, but some risk in using McLaurin despite the joyous matchup. Apparently high winds are also an issue for this one, something worth watching the morning shows to check out. Tyreek Hill also questionable but expected to play. At running back, a Darrel Williams and Jerick McKinnon committee, and I have some interest in both players, but the division of labor uncertain. Made Kansas City one of my survivor picks, don't feel great about it, but that Washington defense is pretty terrible these days. A really tough week for survivor picks.

Rams at Giants: Rams the better team, even if the Giants were healthy, and they clearly aren't. No Saquon Barkley or Kenny Golladay, maybe no Darius Slayton. But the Giants seem to have enough wideouts with Sterling Shepard returning and Kadarius Toney emerging. Not as crazy about Devontae Booker. Rams offense should be very productive. There are worse survivor picks than the Rams, I can't shake the memory of them knocking me out a year ago by losing to the Jets.

Texans at Colts: Indianapolis suffered one of the all-time bad losses on Monday night, somehow dominating the game, having a really cool defensive touchdown along the way, but letting Lamar Jackson-Marquise Brown-Mark Andrews beat them all by their lonesome. Now they're facing Davis Mills and the Texans, and should bounce back, but difficult to feel good about them. Love Jonathan Taylor though, Michael Pittman should also be good. T.Y. Hilton might return, I think as the No. 2. I have no interest in Houston outside of Brandin Cooks I guess, and even he can only slot so high.

Bengals at Lions: I've adopted the Bengals as my sleeper team. Their offense has lots of talent, their defense is improved. Really should have beaten Green Bay last week, or at least could have, I realize the Packers also missed a few field goals. Anyway. I like Cincinnati's offense here, although the Lions defense is playing hard. For the Lions, sure on D'Andre Swift and T.J. Hockenson, maybe on Goff-St. Brown. Joe Mixon apparently healthy, good to go.

Packers at Bears: I also strongly considered Green Bay as a survivor pick. I know their offense should score 20ish points against anyone, and it's hard to have much faith of the Bears doing much of anything. Maybe this is the week they unveil the running component of Justin Fields' game? The passing component is real bad thus far, making it impossible to recommend a Bears receiver. Khalil Herbert starts at running back, and I'm using him where I picked him up. For Green Bay, the usual suspects gets a slight move down versus a defense that's playing well, but I'm also hesitant to underestimate Rodgers-Jones-Adams.

Chargers at Ravens: Friend of mine going to this game, which looks like one of the week's best. Lots of star power for both teams. Mike Williams is the big health concern here after not practicing all week. He's been killing it so you want to use him if he's active and we get somewhat positive reports Sunday morning, but there's definitely risk. Might be easiest fantasy wise if he doesn't travel with the team today, so we'll know he's out. Chargers terrible against the run, but hard to be too optimistic about the Ravens' confusing, underperforming committee of multiple backs. Wind might also be a factor here.

Vikings at Panthers: This feels like kind of an underrated big game in the NFC. I know the Panthers have beaten mostly lousy teams and the Vikings haven't been overly impressive, but there's some talent -- offense and defense -- for both and on the sidelines, too. Dalvin Cook returns, the Vikings main wideouts look good too. No Christian McCaffrey, so Chuba Hubbard and DJ Moore the Panthers to consider.

Cardinals at Browns: Late word after the Friday supplement went out that the Cardinals won't have Kliff Kingsbury or their quarterbacks coach available for this game due to COVID. Kingsbury calls the plays, so it's a loss and a negative for the offense. Of course, the Browns won't have Nick Chubb, Kareem Hunt isn't 100 percent, and wind might also be a factor. What looked like a high-scoring slugfest when we were initially putting the Weekly together now has several negative worries. Injury or no, I love Hunt here and am fine using Kyler Murray and his main receivers. I would not personally take a chance on Demetric Felton, though I know some may.

Raiders at Broncos: Rough week for Las Vegas. Small part of me wonders if the team isn't secretly glad to be free of the ridiculous contract they gave Gruden a few years ago that made him basically unfireable for team performance reasons. Anyway, on the field I have to think the circus is a negative, and playing a good Broncos defense is too. But thumbs up on Waller and Jacobs, Ruggs and Renfrow to a lesser extent. For Denver, Javonte Williams looks fine, healthier than Melvin Gordon so perhaps playing a little more. Courtland Sutton, Noah Fant and Tim Patrick too.

Cowboys at Patriots: Last time the Patriots played a defense like Dallas (Tampa Bay, strong on the run, weak versus the pass) they didn't even attempt to run. So I'm indifferent to whether it's Damien Harris or Rhamondre Stevenson as the main runner, I don't want to use either player. I'll sign off on the Cowboys offense, and Jakobi Meyers and Hunter Henry for the Patriots. I don't know a ton of Patriots fans; the ones I do are rooting for Tom Brady and the Bucs perhaps as much as they are New England. Not sure if this is the common view or not. I'm unconcerned about Ezekiel Elliott's questionable status.

Seahawks at Steelers: The Seahawks...well, no Russell Wilson or Chris Carson. I'm not enthused about Geno Smith versus Pittsburgh's defense in any way, shape or form. I don't think anyone should actually sit Lockett or Metcalf, but I'm cool on Smith even though he played fine in relief last week. I'm using Alex Collins because, hey, starting running back. But a tough matchup. For Pittsburgh, not a tough matchup. Like Najee, Diontae, Claypool.

Bills at Titans: A possible letdown for the Bills after punking Kansas City last week, that's my lone concern. And how do the Bills get back-to-back primetime road games? Rough. But they might be the league's best team right now -- best mix of a strong offense and really good defense -- and I expect they should be better than Tennessee here. Maybe Derrick Henry keeps things going and carries the Titans to another win, that's the wrinkle against the Bills marching on. But Tennessee defense not good, so thumbs up on key Bills players. Julio Jones and A.J. Brown both expected to play and be fine for Tennessee, albeit with a tough matchup.

Enjoy the games.
