The Patriots don’t have Stephen Gostkowski or Tom Brady anymore, but the kicking points just keep piling up. Nick Folk is on pace to finish with yet another high-scoring season for a New England kicker.

In the last 10 years, only 10 teams have scored more than 150 kicking points in a season. The Patriots have half of those seasons.

And barring a late-season decline, Folk will finish with more points than all of those previous New England kickers. With the season expanding to 17 games, he’s on pace for 167 points – in the mix to maybe finish with a new single-season record. Not bad for a guy who actually got released in the final roster cutdown (the Patriots later re-signed him, moving youngster Quinn Nordin to IR – Nordin has since been released).

Here’s the list of the teams that have averaged at least 9 kicking points in a season since 2011.
