Question
With the big trade that went down Tuesday, Russell Wilson is in line to become the first quarterback to beat a team in a Super Bowl (Denver), and then become the starting quarterback for that same team. As it stands, who is the only quarterback who has started against a team in a Super Bowl and also started games for that same franchise?
Answer
Craig Morton. Drafted in the first round, Morton started 52 games for the Cowboys, including their Super Bowl V loss against Baltimore. In the late ‘70s, he started for the Broncos against Dallas in Super Bowl XII.
