All of the major media sources are reporting as much, so it was apparently important to the Panthers to make clear that they may trade RB CHRISTIAN MCCAFFREY to jumpstart their post-Matt Rhule rebuild, but will not trade younger core pieces like DE Brian Burns and WR DJ Moore. We mention this because the NFL trade deadline is November 1 -- three games away -- and given that everyone already knows what McCaffrey is capable of, and further given his extensive injury history, it might make sense for the team to limit his workload until a final decision is made. Not that you're sitting him, of course, but you probably shouldn't expect three superhero games.
