Lions WR Williams out for remainder of preseason

Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell said the hamstring injury that wide receiver JAMESON WILLIAMS suffered during Wednesday’s practice will keep the young wideout sidelined for the remainder of the preseason. With Williams set to serve a six-game suspension to start the season, Lions fans and fantasy owners will not see him on the field again until Week #7 of the regular season. Campbell also said that fellow wide receiver AMON-RA ST. BROWN, who was also injured in Wednesday’s practice, should be able to return to the practice field sometime next week before the final preseason game against the Carolina Panthers.
