It's Sunday morning, and there are a few injury and weather updates of note. Here are the big ones, a couple hours before the early kickoffs.

  • Saints' wideout Michael Thomas was added to the injury report Saturday night with an illness. He's questionable, but if I had to guess at this point, I'd say he doesn't seem likely to play. A slight boost to Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed, with Thomas' targets needing to go somewhere, but also Alvin Kamara, if Thomas sits.

  • Ian Rapoport says that not only will Will Levis be starting for Tennessee, which we expected, but that he should see most of the snaps. I don't think anyone was going to use Malik Willis anyway, but having a quarterback who at least hasn't been proven not to throw much or well seems like a plus for DeAndre Hopkins and the passing game, though still kind of risky; hard to know how Levis will fare. But I'd move Hopkins up about 8 spots in PPR.

  • There's optimism that Joshua Palmer (knee) will play for the Chargers. I don't see any change here: if you're hoping to use Palmer in the night game, make sure you have an alternative playing either tonight or Monday in case he winds up inactive.

  • Jerome Ford (ankle) and Zack Moss (elbow/heel) are both gametime decisions, planning to test their injuries in pregame warmups. Don't team doctors carry any weight anymore? If I'm the Browns, do I really want my starting running back making the determination of whether he's able to play through his high ankle sprain? If Ford starts, hurts his injury worse, and winds up on IR, that's on the Browns. Obviously I like Kareem Hunt more if Ford is inactive, but there is zero chance I would use Ford this week. Moss either.

  • It's snowing in Denver. However, the snow is expected to stop around or before the game starts, at least according to the hourly forecast at weather.com. Impact on lineup decisions: well, I'd still be starting Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and Isiah Pacheco. I'm a little more cautious with the Broncos passing game, but Russell Wilson throwing for under 100 yards against this defense two weeks ago already had me cautious. Might be a plus for both ground games, which we liked anyway. I'm not going to sit down Harrison Butker, at least based on what conditions seem they'll be like at kickoff.

  • It's raining here in New York. Should be more running than passing in Jets-Giants, which was the expectation anyway. But it's just rain, no high winds or anything. Darren Waller should be fine, Garrett Wilson should be OK aside from his quarterback being Zach Wilson, Jalin Hyatt ranked appropriately.

If I see anything else of interest before kickoffs, I'll add to the comments below.
