Hopkins has missed the last two games due to a leg injury sustained in December.

Coach Kevin Stefanski announced that Dustin Hopkins is unlikely to play in the Browns' playoff opener against the Texans due to a leg injury sustained on December 24. Hopkins has been sidelined since the injury, missing the last two regular-season games.

Riley Patterson, signed to the practice squad, will continue as the team's kicker in Hopkins' absence. Patterson has filled in for the last two games, delivering a solid performance including a successful field goal and six out of seven extra points. Patterson is set to kick in the upcoming playoff game on Saturday.

5th seed Browns play 4th seed Houston Texans Saturday January 13th at 4:30pm EST to kick off the Wild Card weekend.
