The Baltimore Ravens signed rookie cornerback Nate Wiggins to a four-year, $12.8 million contract. He is the first player selected in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft to sign his rookie-scale contract, which includes a $6.1 million signing bonus.
Before joining the Ravens, Wiggins played three seasons for the Clemson Tigers. He was a 2023 First Team All-ACC member after tallying 29 tackles, six pass deflections, two interceptions, two forced fumbles, and a sack.

Wiggins played 27 games for Clemson and recorded 60 tackles, 21 pass deflections, and three interceptions. A year after his final college football season, the Ravens selected him 30th overall in the NFL draft.
Wiggins will join Baltimore's cornerback room, including Marlon Humphrey, Brandon Stephens, Arthur Maulet, Jalyn Armour-Davis, Ar'Darius Washington, and Christian Matthew.
In addition to Wiggins, the Ravens have signed three more draft picks: offensive tackle Roger Rosengarten, cornerback T.J. Tampa, and defensive back Sanoussi Kane. They are still negotiating contracts with five other draft picks.
Last season, the Ravens ranked sixth in passing yards allowed (191.9), trailing the Cleveland Browns, New York Jets, Carolina Panthers, Kansas City Chiefs, and Dallas Cowboys in that order. Kyle Hamilton was the only defensive back that earned a Pro Bowl and an All-Pro selection.
