Chiefs, Steelers, Ravens, Texans Play on Christmas Day 2024

The National Football League has released its full schedule for the 2024 regular season. The slate of matches includes two games on Christmas Day, which will be live on Netflix.

The 1 p.m. Eastern Time matchup will feature the two-time defending Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs, visiting the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Chiefs are aiming for an unprecedented third consecutive Super Bowl title, and this Week 17 game could have significant playoff implications for both teams.

Meanwhile, the Steelers revamped their quarterback roster after trading Kenny Pickett and letting Mitchell Trubisky and Mason Rudolph sign elsewhere. Russell Wilson and Justin Fields will compete for the starting quarterback role in Mike Tomlin's 18th season as Pittsburgh's head coach.

In the 4:30 p.m. ET game, the Baltimore Ravens will visit the Houston Texans in a rematch of last year's AFC Divisional Round showdown. In that game, the Ravens dominated the Texans to punch their ticket to the AFC Championship Game.

C.J. Stroud is raring to prove that his fantastic rookie season is no fluke. He got more help this season after the Texans traded for Joe Mixon and Stefon Diggs to play alongside Nico Collins, Dameon Pierce, and Tank Dell.

Meanwhile, two-time NFL Most Valuable Player Lamar Jackson would like to improve his postseason journey by making his first-ever Super Bowl stint. This game against the Texans could determine their playoff seeding, determining if they'll have home-field advantage.
