It's been a good year so far for streaming defenses. The difference between a good week and a bad week has been in the matchups. And a great week, which comes from matching a defense up against the Titans.
Three weeks into the season, Will Levis and Tennessee have served up 2 more turnovers than every other team. They've served up 2 more sacks than all but one team. It's not one bad outing skewing the numbers, either. They've turned it over a minimum of two times in every game, and allowed a minimum of 3 sacks in every game. Three defensive touchdowns, too.
All this makes the Miami Dolphins, who host the Titans on Monday night football -- thank heaven we have two Monday night games, so everyone can watch the other one, Seahawks-Lions, instead -- the streamer defense of the week. Miami has major problems on offense and has struggled defensively in two games as well, but they look like a great start in the D/ST arena in Week 4.
Table shows what each offense has given up in terms of turnovers and sacks thus far, sorted by turnovers allowed.

Straight off the numbers, there's no better defense to start this week. They didn't grade out as the No. 1 defense -- since they've struggled against the run, the thinking is the Titans will be able to emphasize that some, reducing the opportunities for sacks and turnovers. But definitely a top-10 option.
