The National Football League has announced that Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase, Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Zach Sieler, and Kansas City Chiefs placekicker Matthew Wright are the American Football Conference’s best players for Week 14 of the 2024 season.
Chase is the AFC Offensive Player of the Week after tallying 14 receptions for 191 yards and two touchdowns in their Monday Night Football game against the Dallas Cowboys. His scoring catches included a 40-yard score after a muffed punt recovery by the Cowboys. Chase’s production keeps him on pace for the wide receiver Triple Crown. As of Week 14, he leads the league in receptions (93), receiving yards (1,319), and touchdowns (15).

Meanwhile, Sieler is the AFC Defensive Player of the Week after finishing with four tackles and two sacks in their overtime victory over the New York Jets. Those numbers increased his 2024 totals to 39 tackles and six sacks.
Finally, Wright is the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week after contributing 13 points to the Chiefs’ victory over the Los Angeles Chargers. In addition to one point after, Wright converted all four field goal attempts, including the game-winning 31-yarder that bounced off the left upright before going in. That kick sealed the Chiefs’ ninth consecutive AFC West title.
