A New Orleans Saints icon will prolong his stay with the franchise after Cameron Jordan agreed on a restructured contract. Both parties might have agreed to revise his original $20 million cap number for the 2025 season. Meanwhile, Jordan announced the news by posting a clip from ‘The Wolf of Wall Street.’

This means that Jordan will play in his 15th NFL season, all with the Saints. Last season, he had 34 tackles and four sacks with the Saints. Despite the reduced numbers, he remains a positive influence on the New Orleans community, as proven by his three Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominations.
Jordan has six double-digit sack seasons, a massive part of his 121.5 career sacks, 1.5 away to tie Rickey Jackson’s franchise record in that department. The former California standout also has 233 quarterback hits through 14 seasons.
Cameron Jordan has three All-Pro selections, including a First-Team inclusion in 2017, wherein he had 13 sacks, 62 tackles, 28 quarterback hits, 11 pass deflections, and a touchdown off an interception return. He also has eight Pro Bowl selections and is a member of the NFL 2010s All-Decade team.
