Quinn Ewers revealed the NFL wide receivers he'd like to throw the ball to.

Former Texas Longhorns quarterback Quinn Ewers revealed the NFL wideouts he’d like to play with to CBS Sports’ Aditi Kinkhabwala. Between A.J. Brown and Garrett Wilson, Ewers chose the latter because he got to know him at Ohio State and they are both from Texas.

Ewers stuck with Wilson when Kinkhabwala had him choose between him and Malik Nabers. However, Ewers’ answer changed when the choice boiled down to Wilson and CeeDee Lamb because he was a Cowboys fan growing up.

However, Quinn Ewers chose Puka Nacua over Lamb and Tyreek Hill. He chose Ja’Marr Chase over Nacua and went with Justin Jefferson against Chase.

In addition to being the 2023 Big 12 Championship Most Valuable Player, Ewers was a 2024 Second-Team All-SEC member. He finished his final season at Texas with 293 completions for 3,472 yards and 31 touchdowns.

The Athletic’s Dane Brugler projected Ewers to be a third-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. He could be the sixth quarterback selected after Cam Ward, Shedeur Sanders, Jaxson Dart, Tyler Shough, and Jalen Milroe.
