During Round 1 of the 2025 draft, the National Football League revealed that the regular season schedule for 2025 will be available by May 14. It will be a big day for the league, especially the fans, as they learn who their favorite teams will face.
However, while the schedule isn’t out yet, it’s safe to say that each team will play their division rivals twice, once at home and once away. Likewise, there are four intra-conference games wherein the AFC East will face the AFC North. The AFC South will battle with the AFC West, the NFC East against the NFC North, and the NFC South will face teams from the NFC West.
There will be four interconference games, as the AFC East competes with the NFC South teams. Meanwhile, the AFC North will play the NFC North, the AFC South will clash with the NFC West, and the AFC West will face the NFC East.

Finally, all teams will have an interconference game based on their position. For this category, the NFC East’s top team (Philadelphia Eagles) will battle the AFC East’s top team (Buffalo Bills). The pairings follow suit based on the team’s finish in the division. Under this game selection, the NFC North clashes with the AFC West. The NFC South faces the AFC South, while the NFC West plays the AFC North.
