Vikings name Flores as new defensive coordinator

A day after reportedly leaning toward remaining with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Brian Flores is joining the Minnesota Vikings as the team’s new defensive coordinator. Flores spent last season as a seniorMore defensive assistant and linebackers coach with the Steelers. He helped Pittsburgh limit opponents to just seven rushing touchdowns last year, which tied with New England for the fewest allowed in the NFL. Flores to remain with Steelers?

Pittsburgh Steelers senior defensive assistant Brian Flores remains with the team and it appears he is moving closer to staying in Pittsburgh. Flores was once considered a finalist for the ArizonaMore Cardinals head coach job, although the team appears to be moving on in the interview process without Flores. Steelers hire former Dolphins head coach Flores

The Pittsburgh Steelers hired former Miami head coach Brian Flores over the weekend as a senior defensive assistant in charge of linebackers. Flores, of course, was fired after three seasons inMore Miami and has filed a class action lawsuit against his former team, along with the New York Giants and Denver Broncos – in addition to the NFL. Flores considered favorite for Dolphins head coach position

The Miami Dolphins are reportedly looking to hire New England linebackers coach Brian Flores as their next head coach. New England is still in the playoffs, so the Dolphins can’t officially complete a deal until the Patriots are eliminated. But Flores seems to be the choice.
