Kansas City releases LB Houston

Kansas City is moving on from linebacker JUSTIN HOUSTON. The veteran linebacker is coming off a solid season with 36 total tackles, nine sacks, and one interception, but his hefty contract and age diminished his trade value. By releasing Houston, Kansas City will save $14 million in salary cap space.
