In Arizona since Anquan Boldin left town, it's been Larry Fitzgerald and everyone else. And with poor quarterbacking an issue, there hasn't been much else the past few years.
But the passing game should be better with Carson Palmer under center, and the Cardinals seem to think they'll have another quality receiver, too. New coach Bruce Arians is talking up 2012 first-rounder Michael Floyd.
"I am really happy with him," Arians said. "I see him making leaps and bounds getting better. He's very serious about what he does. He doesn't like to make mistakes. He's totally bought in and if he just continues to improve his fundamentals he's another guy who can have a breakout year."
Floyd finished strong last year, catching 14 balls for 213 yards and a touchdown in the final two games a year ago. That was with Brian Hoyer at quarterback.
Arizona still has Andre Roberts, but it will be interesting to see if Floyd can live up to his first-round promise. It all sounds pretty good right now.
